A:A: CNC can machine inner cavities larger than R4 (inclusive) and smaller than 80mm (inclusive). CNC can machine arc corners or sharp corners smaller than R4. CNC is approximately 50%-70% faster, depending on the brick sample and quantity. CNC is more expensive, and the price is calculated based on the brick sample and quantity.
A:A: Welded molds have shorter lead times, and the process is more mature. Prefabricated molds have longer lead times. We have only produced a few sets so far, and the process is still under development. However, this also requires the customer to have certain assembly capabilities on-site.
